Resources

As a clinical psychologist in training, I've experienced firsthand the challenges of finding resources for my clients. So, I've curated this selection to provide support and guidance for anyone during every stage of their life. However, it's important to note that while they're crafted with care, they do not substitute for medical or mental health advice. In case of a crisis or emergency, please call emergency services immediately and reach out to licensed professionals for immediate support.
